Heating Meal Delivery Trays

Easily reheat your prepared meals and spend more time with your family around the table!

The best reheating practices are to spoon out your desired portion onto a plate and microwave one minute per serving size, to to use your own judgement on how you like things cooked depending on your microwave. Each tray is considered to have four serving sizes. Therefore, a whole tray would be about four minutes in the microwave. 

If using the oven our Chef suggests 10 minutes per tray on 350 but to check frequently for the desired temperature, covered is best with tinfoil.

Reheating Frozen? Pop them into an insta pot with 1/2 cup of low sodium vegetable broth and steam for 7-10 mins. Or covered on stove top with 1/3 cup of low sodium vegetable broth and cook on low for 10-15 mins. Defrost in refrigerator for 5-6 hours and follow below reheating times:

Rules Of Thumb Per Tray From Refrigerator

  • Steak 4-5 Minutes Microwave Or 10 Min at 350 In Oven
  • Chicken 4-5 Minutes Microwave Or 10 Min at 350 In Oven

  • Shrimp 2-4 Minutes Microwave Or 7 Min at 350 In Oven
  • Eggplant 2-4 Minutes Microwave Or 10 Min at 350 In Oven

  • Zoodles & Meatballs 4-5 Minutes Microwave Or 10 Min at 350 In Oven
  • Side Vegetables 2-4 Minutes Microwave Or 10 Min at 350 In Oven

    Rules Of Thumb Per Tray From Freezer

    • Defrost In Refrigerator For 5-6 Hours
    • Follow Above Reheating times
