    I love these meals

    Ordering the meal service has been crucial for me to be successful with the program. I am super busy, and don't love cooking on work days, so I often make bad choices. I was so surprised at how delicious the meals were, especially the grilled chicken and lemon quinoa with asparagus. The recent change in the shipping packaging has been an improvement as well. It is hard to completely reduce waste when ordering meals that need to be kept cold, but I think Betr Health has done a good job of trying to find a balance between preserving the quality of the food with as little shipping packaging as possible.
