Love the Betr Health prepared meals and my family does too. It makes food prep so much easier and helps you stick to the plan!

I have found that the food is outstanding. The Buffalo Burgers taste like high quality hamburgers and the chicken and salmon is excellent.

The meats were all very good tasting with good seasonings / sauces and plenty were gluten free. But there are no directions for heating on the boxes. The barcodes don't work (pale color on light background not a good choice). The directions on BETR website, once you find them, do not include all the meals we bought. A lot of good ideas but a lot of lacking implementations or software glitches hamper the good intentions. For example, this survey email triggered a browser page load error:-(.

My husband and I are making our way through our first order. We purchased a vacuum sealer machine so when the food arrived we separated the trays into individual meals and labeled the packets and froze them. When we want to eat, we choose our entrees and put them in a pot of boiling water. They come out beautifully! There is nothing we’ve eaten that is not truly yummy. So if you are on the fence about ordering the trays of food, don’t hesitate, you won’t be sorry!
