All of the meals I’ve had have been very tasty and they are super convenient for my busy schedule.

I've had two weeks of Betr food delivery orders and I made a point of trying everything on level 1 at least once, and they all taste great, which was a surprise.

I tried my first set of meals and so far so good. It is a lot of food so I put it all in the freezer and am taking it out as I go. I am using it for my family of 3 to supplement other meals that I am cooking. The meatballs, ginger mahi, flank steak and chicken breasts are delicious and super easy to add as a protein. The quinoa and asparagus are tasty. Not a huge fan of the green beans so won't order that again. Still have a few items left to try but I will order again when I run low.
I wish there was more guidance on what to purchase for the first time and how to put meals together using the different food items.

Chicken salad and meatballs are especially delicious!

This is not diet food. It is old fashioned, flavorful healthy nourishment without a lot of fat and sugar. You lose weight and feel good!
