I live in Ft Myers, Florida and the order came just before Hurricane Ian ravished our area. Consequently, my sister and I had to leave my home and we took our Betr meals with us. They sustained us and our friend who so kindly took us in, who uses the Betr program. All that said, we were able to contribute to the household needs at a time when many stores and businesses including grocery stores were closed or damaged.

I have been on several diets plans that require you to eat their expensive packaged food, shakes, bars, etc. However this is the first plan where I have enjoyed real prepared food and all I have to do is warm it up. I feel the meal trays are inexpensive and have been delicious.

The meals I’ve had so far are better than any other frozen meal out there and healthy. You will still need to add a vegetable or salad with each meal.

Good quality, good price. I’ve been ordering meals since last year.
