Betr-Approved Banana-Oat Waffles! Made with oats, eggs, and a touch of honey for natural sweetness. They’re quick to blend, rich in fiber and protein, and taste indulgent while keeping things healthy. The perfect way to enjoy waffles without the guilt!
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 cup rolled oats (plain, unsweetened)
½ cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1–2 tsp raw & unfiltered honey (optional, for sweetness)
Add bananas, eggs, oats, almond/oat milk, cinnamon, and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth and slightly thick. (If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk; too thin, add a few more oats.)
Optional: add blueberries to your batter for a little extra sweetness and flavor!
Preheat waffle maker:
Lightly grease with a small amount of oil or cooking spray if needed.
Cook waffles:
Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown and cooked through (usually 3–5 minutes, depending on your waffle maker).
Serve:
Enjoy warm! You can drizzle extra honey on top or add fresh fruit if you have any on hand.

Just made these this morning. So good. Shared some with my family and they also enjoyed it. They said it tasted like banana bread. Paired it with some eggs on the side. Will be making this again.
