The Betr Health 100% Raving Fan Guarantee
Unless otherwise specified in the Plan and/or a Confirmation Email, if after thirty (30) days after starting the Service or Plan you notify us in writing to conceirge@betrhealth.com that you are not completely satisfied with the Services, the Company will issue a refund. The Refund will be issued via your original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be applied within one business day after your return is processed but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
