Regular Soy Sauce

What is it?
Regular soy sauce is made by cooking soybeans with roasted wheat and other grains (close to a 50 / 50 ratio), adding it to a salty brine to brew, then letting it sit for a period of time to ferment. This mixture is then pressed to extract a dark, brown liquid.

Made with wheat, not gluten-free

Contains preservatives
