If your tracking link indicates 'delivered' but you haven't received your order, let us know and we'll investigate promptly. Otherwise, please expect your order to arrive by latest, Saturday night.

    Did you use a different email address to place your order? If so, your order will not be visible in your app account. You will continue to receive order updates via email.

  • My order says 'Cancelled'.

    Our kitchen occasionally changes the shipping carrier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible which often results in "cancelling" the original label. Most likely your meals are still on the way to you. Just fill out the form below and we'll double check to confirm everything.
