4 organic sweet potato

4 tbsp avocado oil

½ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 250° F
Slice potatoes thin, about 1/8" or less
In a plastic bag, mix remaining ingredients and then add potato slices. Massage until evenly coated
Bake low n' slow for 2 hours. Make sure they are perfectly crisp. Remove from oven and enjoy
