Directions

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat

2. Cut each slice of Ezekiel bread into 3-4 strips to create sticks

3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, ground nutmeg or cloves, liquid stevia (if using), and almond or vanilla extract until well combined

4. Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated

5. Place the coated bread sticks onto the preheated skillet or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through
