1 cup hemp seeds, shelled
2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 ½ tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients except water in a blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dressing reaches the consistency you want.
- Dressing will last in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- This recipe makes plenty of dressing for several salads. It's best to serve your dressing on the side. For level 2, this creamy ranch dressing is great as a dipping sauce with our sweet and spicy chicken wings!
