1 lb fresh organic green beans washed, trimmed, completely drained

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 organic lemon, zested and juiced

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced or chopped

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Toss all ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag, ensuring that the beans are well and evenly coated. If using a bowl, your hands work best. If using a ziplock, massage the bag to achieve the desired result
Let the beans rest for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb a bit
While the beans are resting, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the beans out evenly on the parchment paper and roast on the middle rack of the oven for 15 minutes, stirring half way through the cooking time
