Whether you prefer them served over zoodles or enjoyed on their own, these savory spheres of ground meat and spices are a mealtime favorite for good reason. And while opinions on the best type of meat, sauce, and side dishes may vary from person to person, there's one thing we can all agree on - there's just something extra special about a home-cooked batch of meatballs.
Ingredients
-
2 lb grass fed ground beef
-
1 cup Panko*
-
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
-
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
-
½ tsp cayenne powder
-
½ tsp oregano
-
½ tsp basil
-
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
-
½ tsp ground black pepper
-
4 cups of Betr Marinara sauce
Directions
Mix the bread crumbs with the ground beef, chopped onions, and seasonings
Roll your mixture into 1-inch meatballs (approximately the size of a ping-pong ball)
Preheat your oven to 400° F and place your meatballs in a baking dish about 1/2 inch apart
Coat the meatballs with the marinara and bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
