Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

2 tbsp water, add more for smoother texture

2 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Directions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
Serve with cut veggies or on a salad
