Jicama "Fries"

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ to 2 cups or one small-to-medium jicama, cut into spears

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

  • Betr Ketchup for serving

  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for topping, optional)

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.

    2. Toss the jicama spears with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, and pink Himalayan salt until evenly coated.

    3. Arrange the jicama spears in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
    4. Air-fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
    5. Top with cilantro (optional) and serve warm with Betr Ketchup on the side.
