Nacho Pepper Poppers

I don't know about you, but my mouth waters at the mere mention of pepper poppers. There's something so satisfying about the combination of spicy peppers and savory meat that just hits the spot every time. And don't even get me started on the gooey melted cheese that oozes out of each juicy bite.
8oz ground beef
2 tbsp betr taco seasoning
½ cup classic pico de gallo
10 baby bell peppers
In a non-stick skillet, brown 8oz ground beef with taco seasoning until beef is no longer pink (takes about 7 minutes)
Slice open the top of the peppers and slice in half
Top the peppers with beef and pico de gallo and serve.
