Juicy chicken pieces marinated in zesty orange juice and spicy ginger is bound to make your taste buds tingle with excitement. The best part? Ingredients

1lb organic chicken thighs

4 garlic cloves

2 oranges, 1 juiced and 1 sliced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced

½ lemon, juiced

1 tsp dried basil or 4 leaves, chopped
Directions
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with pepper, add chicken to the pan, and stir around until brown on all sides, about 5-10 minutes
Add garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute
Add orange juice, ginger, lemon juice, and basil to the chicken and stir well. Place orange slices over the top and cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes
Once the chicken is done, plate it and serve

If I prefer to use chicken breast, how long to I cook chicken ?
Are these boneless or bone in thighs? Wish recipes had a little more info. Like how juice from one orange.
