1 bunch curly kale

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

2 tsp avocado oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Separate kale from its stalk and tear into bite sized pieces
In a plastic bag, mix remaining ingredients, add kale pieces, and massage until evenly coated
Spread kale in a single layer on a parchment covered baking sheet
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until crisp
