Ingredients

1 tbsp avocado oil

16oz block of firm tofu

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

½ tsp pink Himalayan salt

¼ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp non-dairy milk, unsweetened
Directions
Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium heat
Mash the block of tofu with a fork in the pan or crumble it with our hands into the pan
Cook while stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes or until the water from the tofu is evaporated
Add the nutritional yeast, pink Himalayan salt, turmeric, and garlic powder. Cook and stir frequently, for about 5 minutes
Pour the non-dairy milk into the pan, and stir to mix. If you have additional veggies now would be the time to add in spinach, kale, bell peppers, or tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy
