Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup liquid aminos

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil

  • 3 tsp dried parsley flakes

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic - minced)

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 chicken breasts (organic, boneless, skinless)

Directions

  1. Whisk vinegar, aminos, and oil together with all the seasonings and pour into a large ziplock bag

  2. Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and massage to coat all chicken pieces evenly

  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours

  4. Preheat grill to medium-low and lightly oil the grate

  5. Drain chicken, discard marinade, and cook on the grill - turning mid-way - until no longer pink in the center (4 to 5 minutes per side)
