These chicken tenders are the perfect combination of simple and delicious. The secret to making these beauties is to coat them in your favorite spices before popping them in the oven or air-fryer. Not only is this recipe easy to follow, but it's also a healthier option than deep-frying. So, whether you're looking for a quick and satisfying snack or planning a family dinner, these chicken tenders will definitely hit the spot. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Ingredients
-
½ lbs chicken tenders (or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, tenderized, pounded, and cut into 1" wide strips)
-
1 egg
-
1 cup gluten free panko breadcrumbs
-
1 tsp himalayan pink sea salt
-
1 tsp ground black pepper
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Season the chicken with salt, fresh ground pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder
Dip the chicken tenders into the beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumbs and coat thoroughly
Air fry (or bake) at 400° for 14 minutes for thinner tenders, and 18 minutes for thicker tenders
Recipe Note
For extra flavor, add some additional seasonings on the Level 1 Ingredients list into the matzo crumbs so the chicken and the crunchy outside are extra seasoned!

As a follow up comment to Beth’s inquiry on 4/10, can one use Pork Rind Panko crumbs?
Is there something different we can use instead of the Yahuda Matzo-Style Squares
