Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cup organic low sodium veggie broth

  • 6 egg whites

  • 1 tbsp liquid aminos, optional

Directions

I have made egg drop several times, but not this recipe. I wish there was a way to post the pictures, but it just turned into a grey burnt soup. The egg whites never took “shape” and it is just a total disaster. Directions followed precisely.
