Eggroll In a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken, beef, bison, or chopped shrimp

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp pepper, minced, dried, or crushed**

  • 3 tbsp braggs liquid aminos

  • 1 drop of liquid stevia, to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 cups of cabbage, shredded

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

  • ⅓ cup green onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken or an alternative protein

  2. Add diced onion, garlic, and optional peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes

  3. In a medium bowl, stir together aminos, stevia, pepper, fresh parsley & ginger

  4. Add the liquid mixture to the pan and scrape off brown bits

  5. Add cabbage, and cook until it’s tender, should be about 5 minutes. Top with your chopped green onions and serve. Enjoy

I wish the recipes was more specific for example what kind of pepper ? Serrano pepper , crushed pepper ? Or just goes of our liking ? Other than that it was good .
