French Onion Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F

  2. In a plastic bag, place remaining all ingredients except zucchini and massage until well mixed

  3. Add zucchini slices to the bag and massage well until evenly coated

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer, being careful not to overlap slices

  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp

the photo looks like parmesan cheese has been sprinkled on the tops, not just onion powder. I’m finding that alot of these recipes do NOT MATCH the photos. Very frustrating.

I love zucchini, but I won’t be making this again. I sliced the zucchini thin. My oven has an air fryer feature, so I used that because it usually crisps food better than baking it. They did not crisp well even in the air fryer.
