Marinated Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup liquid aminos

  • ¼ cup avocado oil

  • 1 ½ tsp dried parsley

  • ½ tsp dried basil

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • 5 skinless organic chicken breasts, boneless

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Whisk vinegar, aminos, and oil together with all the seasonings and pour into a large ziplock bag

  2. Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and massage to coat all chicken pieces evenly

  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours

  4. Preheat grill to medium-low and lightly oil the grate

  5. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Cook on grill (turning mid way) until no longer pink in the center. About 5-6 minutes each side.
