There's nothing quite like the smell of marinated grilled chicken on a warm summer evening. Whether you're a fan of tangy, herb-infused marinades or sweet and spicy blends, there's a flavor combination out there for everyone. The key to perfecting your chicken grilling game is to let the meat soak up all of those delicious flavors for a few hours (or even overnight) so that every bite is bursting with goodness.
Ingredients
-
¼ cup red wine vinegar
-
¼ cup liquid aminos
-
¼ cup avocado oil
-
1 ½ tsp dried parsley
-
½ tsp dried basil
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
¼ tsp ground black pepper
-
5 skinless organic chicken breasts, boneless
-
¼ tsp garlic powder or 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Directions
Whisk vinegar, aminos, and oil together with all the seasonings and pour into a large ziplock bag
Add chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and massage to coat all chicken pieces evenly
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
Preheat grill to medium-low and lightly oil the grate
Drain chicken and discard marinade. Cook on grill (turning mid way) until no longer pink in the center. About 5-6 minutes each side.
Remove from grill and serve or store for later meal prep.
