Made it for the first time ended up adding a little more orange juice and the pink salt made it perfect
The orange flavor shines through however the recipe could use some salt. Made it with chicken tenderloin and they were tender and juicy. Wasn’t sure what to serve with it.
Made this with boneless skinless thighs. I didn’t measure the juice, followed the instructions and it turned out delicious.
Where’s the asparagus, cucmbers and red peppers that were mentioned?
Nice flavors, good technique for plump and moist chicken breasts. Note, however, that it is not a marinade as the description says, but rather is a seasoned juice for the chicken to cook in. I will be trying this with other cuts of the chicken as well.
