Ingredients
1 lb lean organic grass fed beef, cut into ½ in pieces
1 cabbage, diced
1 cup celery
1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
4 ½ cups low sodium beed broth
1 onion, cut into quarters
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic
1 pinch of salt, to taste
Directions
Sear beef pieces in non stick skillet on high just enough to be brown on the outside, then add diced onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat. If bits get stuck to pan, use some beef broth to scrap it off and into the crockpot
Place beef, onion, garlic and the cabbage, celery, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, pinch of salt and broth in the crockpot
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy

very good, but definitely a SMALL cabbage. I used half a medium size and it barely fit in my pot.
